The advantage of the small business is that it orientates much better at building micromarketing, which is not always successful with large corporations. The excellent knowledge of the local culture and preferences and the quick orientation in such an environment can be the biggest advantage of the entrepreneur. Because it increases the customer satisfaction and builds loyalty to the brand afterwards.

Small businesses are more flexable, which is a great advantage in certain markets over large and cumbersome corporations in terms of procedures, processes and protocols.
